Affiliate Marketing Agreement

Affiliate Marketing Agreement

This Affiliate Marketing Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Wube
Cultural Store (the "Store") and [Affiliate Name] (the "Affiliate"). This Agreement sets forth the
terms and conditions under which the Affiliate will promote products listed on the Company’s
online store.

1. Purpose:
The Affiliate agrees to promote and advertise products listed on the Company’s online store
through marketing channels, including websites, social media, blogs, and other means.

2. Commission Payment:
The Affiliate will receive a commission equal to 8% of the selling price for each item sold
through affiliate links provided by the Affiliate. Payments will be made monthly based on
successful sales tracked through the Affiliate's links.

3. Marketing Responsibilities:
The Affiliate is responsible for creating and sharing marketing materials and content, ensuring
that all promotions align with the Company’s branding guidelines. The Affiliate agrees to avoid
misleading, unethical, or illegal marketing tactics.

4. Tracking and Reporting:


The Company will provide the Affiliate with unique tracking links to monitor sales. Commission
payments will be calculated based on the sales attributed to these links.

5. Returns and Cancellations:


The Affiliate is not responsible for returns, product defects, or order cancellations. If a sale is
reversed due to returns or cancellations, the Affiliate’s commission for that sale will be adjusted
accordingly.

6. Non-Exclusivity:
This Agreement is non-exclusive. The Affiliate may promote other products or services outside
of the Company’s online store.
7. Term and Termination:
This Agreement is effective for a period of 12 months from the signing date and will
automatically renew unless either party provides 30 days' written notice of termination before
the end of the term.

8. Confidentiality:
The Affiliate agrees to keep all proprietary information, including customer data, marketing
strategies, and sales reports, confidential.
