Good day to everyone,

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for the opportunity to be a part of the graduation
celebration at Carol-an National High School. It is truly an honor to stand before the esteemed faculty,
staff, and students on this special occasion.

I would like to extend my deepest thanks to our TIC, Mr. Rogelio Vinson, for his guidance and
leadership throughout my time at Carol-an National High School. His dedication to the students and
commitment to excellence have truly made a difference in shaping our academic journey.

I also want to express my gratitude to all the faculty and staff members of Carol-an National High
School. Your unwavering support, encouragement, and dedication to the success of the students have
not gone unnoticed. The memories and experiences I have gained during my time at this alma mater will
forever hold a special place in my heart.

Congratulations on reaching this significant milestone in your lives. As you stand on the brink of
a new chapter, filled with endless possibilities and opportunities, I want to take a moment to reflect on
the journey that has brought us all here today.

Throughout your time at Carol-an National High School, you have demonstrated resilience,
determination, and a thirst for knowledge. You have overcome challenges, embraced diversity, and
formed lifelong friendships. These experiences have shaped you into the individuals you are today –
strong, capable, and ready to take on the world.

As I prepare to deliver my speech at the graduation ceremony, I am filled with a sense of pride
and joy. It is a privilege to address the graduating class of 2024 and share words of wisdom, inspiration,
and encouragement as you embark on the next chapter of your lives.

I know some of you is already know me. I am Lowie Gerasmia proud to be here in front of you,
and hopefully I can give you a motivation for your future.

I graduated here on 2012,

and graduated as Bachelor of Science in Information technology on 2016.

“Talk about challenges after you graduate”

Yes, I graduated on 2016, and abi ko tapus na ko sa budlay nga part sakun kabuhi. I applied so
many agencies, Companies, and even malls. But sadly, no one accept my application. Kai kuno, need
experience, kai kuno need backer, kai kuno tawagan lang ko kun need na nila.

For 1 year of waiting, wala gid sang mai nanamian sa akun qualification. Dw madulaan na ako pag-asa,
peru aside sin ana pinsaran ko man nga, asta diri nalang gid man ko?

Disappointed ko sa self ko kai tungod feeling ko wala ko chance mangin succesfull. “Talk about clasmates
and friends.
Year 2017 nag decide ko nga ma take additional course as Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education in
short nag supplemental ko “talk about challenges” “Talk about about trainings”

Year 2018, Naka sulod sa TESDA with 320 pesos salary “Talk about challenges before nag regular”

While ga work ga self-review and Pass the board exam on May 2018.

Talk about gn applyan kag rejections. And panu gin handle.

How did I become what I am now.

Tips for new graduates

1. Know yourself

Something that’s clearer to me every day is that there’s no magic, one-size-fits-all solution for building a
happy, healthy, and productive life. You have to know yourself:

Example:

Anu and Strength and weaknesses mo?

Sa anu nga bagay ka sagad?

Anu ang gusto mo para sa future mo.

2. Don't rush into decisions.

Tandaan nyu, na sa huli ang pag sisisi. Nd mag dali2x disisyon kung nd ka sigurado ukon wala mo pa na
planuhan.

3. Set you own goal

First consider what you want to achieve, and then commit to it (Anu gid bala ang gusto ko. Anu
ang pwd ko himuon para ma achieved ko ang mga planu ko). Set SMART (specific, measurable,
attainable, relevant and time-bound) goals nga maka motivate sa imu and write them down to
make them feel tangible. Then plan the steps you must take to realize your goal, and cross off
each one as you work through them.

First Step.

 First you create your "big picture or eh picture out" of what you want to do with
your life (or let say, the next 10 years).
 During sa akun nga Job interview before, gin pamangkot ko nila kung If mabaton
ka sa sin inga ubra, where do you see on 10 years? Of course ang sabat ko siguro
maam kung mabaton gid man ko, Ok naman ko biskan gamay lang sweldo basta
makakaon lang ko ka tatlo sa isa ka adlaw

WRONG! Ang tsakto nga mindset is dapat ara ka na sa taas nga position. Or Manggaranun kana,
or isa kana sa asset sang amu na nga company.
You must look at yourself ng and pwd nga mintras suluguon kna. Hambal gani sang kanta sang
kamikasi “ Libre lang mangarap. managinip ka habang gising.“

Second Step,

 you break these down into the smaller and smaller targets that you must hit to reach
your lifetime goals.

Finally, once you have your plan, you start working on it to achieve these goals.

4. Take care of your body

Give time and energy to keeping relationships strong.

Hambal pa gani sang isa ka philosopher “the most essential key to happiness is strong relationships with
other people.”

5. Make friends

Be humble to others

Attending reunion

Meet up with classmates and friends to enjoy

6. Remember, everyone makes mistakes.

It is normal to fail and if you’re not failing sometimes, you’re not trying hard enough. No one is perfect

7. Be mature enough.

Tandaan ta, nd sa tanan nga bagay mai ma inchindi saton. Sometime kita dapat ang mangin mature para
mag inchindi sa mga tao sa palibut ta.

Mai mga time nga para sa iban lain na ang gna himu ta. Maka bati gid ta sang mga negative nga
komentar. Pabay.e da sila kung tsakto kaman lang. Or try ta eh change ang kaugalingon ta kun mai makita
kaman gid ng nd maau sa pamatasan ta.

8. Be Inspired and motivated

Be inspired as mga kakilala ta, be inspired nga kung kaya nila kaya ta man, dulaon ta ang kahisa or kalain
sa buot ta kung mai makita ta nga ga success sa pangabuhi. Bad na. Be Inspired kag motivated like kaya
ko ni, trust the process, mai planu ang Ginoo para sa aton,

Now, Graduates, I would like to request all of you to please stand up with confident, and give a round of
a plause for yourselves

The future is yours to shape, and I have no doubt that each and every one of you will go on to achieve
great things. So, go forth with confidence, courage, and compassion. Make a difference, chase your
dreams, and never forget the lessons learned within these walls and last Graduation isn’t the closing of a
door. It’s the opening of a thousand.
