• Every project needs someone in charge.
• Big projects, such as constructing a stadium, are led by professional project managers.
• Medium Projects, such as PEH, MFA, are leads my Adas Leaders
• Smaller ones, such as SIFAS, Singtel Tuas, tend to be run by people (designer, Engineer) who must add the project to their regular
work.
• Regardless of project size, the buck stops with these project managers.
• They must see the project through from start to finish.
• They draw up the plan, assemble the team, decide how to allocate resources, schedule the work, watch the budget, solve
problems, and do a lot of other things as well.
• It can be a big responsibility, even when the project is modest in scope.

When someone says "the buck stops with you," they are saying that you are the final authority or decision-maker in a particular situation, and you are accountable for the outcome or resolution. This
phrase is often used in leadership contexts to emphasize the ultimate accountability of a person in a position of authority.

working together effectively without giving orders.

expectations

the project.
• Both are responsible to select the team members to execute the task
