the Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers (PPST). It represents an educator’s
responsibility to embody core professional values and maintain a strong ethical stance
within and beyond the classroom. According to the Department of Education (2017), this
domain promotes values formation and fosters positive attitudes toward learning among
students. Albert Bandura’s (1986) Social Learning Theory supports this by suggesting that
students learn behaviors and values by observing role models, especially teachers.

During my practicum, I observed these values being actively practiced by teachers at Nonito
Paz Arroyo Memorial National High School. Teachers arrived early, showed consistency in
classroom routines, and displayed genuine concern for their students' academic and
personal well-being. Respect and discipline were encouraged through daily interactions,
and learning was treated as a shared responsibility between teacher and students.

My personal experiences reflect the importance of Social Regard for Learning. I ensured
