A warm welcome to all our respected guests. We are gathered here for Business Partners’ Meet
Guwahati, 2024 Organised by Numaligarh Refinery Limited, as a part of Vigilance Awareness
Campaign, 2024……this special event aims to create awareness about procedures and practices
in NRL for public procurement and preventive vigilance initiatives. Myself [YASHODA JOSHI],
and it’s my honor to be your host for this event.

To commence our program, let’s invoke the blessings of the divine. I now invite – Shri
Bhaskarjyoti Phukan Sir, MD NRL, CGM (Commercial) (Shri Pallav Kumar Das sir)] to the

knowledge and prosperity.
