Describe a risk you’ve taken which had a positive result

I would like to talk about a risk that I took during my final exam in art class a few years
ago. It was an important test, and I had prepared thoroughly for it. However, I made a huge
mistake of forgetting my drawing tools at home, and I only had 30 minutes left to finish my
project. At first, I was panicking and didn’t know what to do. Then I decided to take a risk and try
to complete my artwork using only a pencil and a piece of paper. I quickly started sketching, and
to my surprise, the creative ideas started flowing. I had to improvise a lot, and I had to be
resourceful with the limited tools I had. I took a significant risk in submitting an incomplete art
piece, but I knew that it was the best that I could do in that situation. To my surprise, my teacher
was impressed by my work and the creativity I displayed in such a short amount of time. I
received a good grade for my project, and it was a great feeling to know that my risk – taking
paid off. In conclusion, taking risks can be daunting, but it can also lead to positive outcomes. My
experience taught me that when faced with challenges, it’s important to think outside the box and
be resourceful. It’s not about having all the tools or resources, but rather, it’s about how we use
them to achieve our goals.
