E. ADD-ON JOBS (RATE IN ₹ PER MONTH)


Eg. Daily Dusting, Drying clothes, Folding Clothes, Hand Washing Clothes that runs colour,
Washing Door Mats, washing clothes used for dusting or mopping, Watering Plants, Chopping
vegetables, Atta Kneading, cleaning greens, or any other sort of help in kitchen, ironing etc.

Rates can be negotiated between two parties.

H. GENERAL RULES
1. Maximum of TWO paid leaves per month allowed ONLY with prior intimation, beyond that
salary will be deducted for each day of leave.
2. No extra pay for guest visits and stay up to 2 to 3 days. If guests are staying for longer
period, then the employer can negotiate with the helper and pay accordingly.
3. To ensure and maintain quality of work, helpers can work in maximum of 5 flats of 3bhk
flats or 6 flats including 3bhk and 2bhk flats.
