erty as defined under the Abandoned Properties Act, 1972 (President’s Order
No. 16 of 1972).
4. The immovable property proposed for transfer does not belong to the
Government, nor has it been acquired or confiscated by the Government
under any prevailing law.
5. The proposed transfer of the property is not in violation of any provi-
sion of any existing law of the Government.
6. The property to be transferred is not subject to cancellation under
Section 5(a) of the Bangladesh Land Ceiling Order, 1972 (President’s Order
