Reference is invited to U. O. No. 3086,^r'igltmp./lOV-III/F.93i l8 dated 14.09.2018
(copy enclosed) and Estate-l Department's reply No. D-S05/SO(E-I)/2019 dated 30.05.2019
on the subject cited above.
2. Director (Estate-l) is, therefore, requested to put up a draft agenda before NDMC's
council to place before the council the following advice provided by the cvc vide its oM
No. 0'I4NDM/007-392033 dated 21.08.2018 (copy enclosed) in its forthcoming meeting for
taking approoriate decision in the matter: l
"suggest a systemic improvement with regard rc rran;fer of license on
partnership basis to curtail the n?alpractiies in illegal / unauthorized transJbr of
shops / kiosks. "
3. The status report in the matter shall be provided to Vigilance Department lvithin
I 0 days of receipt of decision of the Council in this regard.
