1. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Issue notice.
3. Since Mr. Mishra, learned Additional Government
Advocate accepts notice on behalf of Opposite Party Nos.1 to 3,
three extra copies of the brief shall be served on learned State
Counsel to obtain instruction and file counter affidavit, if so
advised.
4. Requisites for issuance of notice to Opposite Party No.4
by Registered Post with A.D. shall be filed by 24th June, 2024.
5. Put up this matter on 28th August, 2024 along with
tracking report of the Postal Department.
