Important Instructions for the Candidate
1. Please affix your recent self-attested passport size coloured photograph in the space provided on top-right corner of this Admit Card.
2. Keep a photocopy of this Admit Card with you for future reference as the original will be collected by the Invigilator during the exam.
3. The candidate, before appearing in the written examination, should satisfy himself/herself regarding eligibility criteria desired for the course with regards to
prescribed qualification, percentage, etc. as mentioned in the prospectus.
4. The candidate must mark the answer in the OMR response sheet by completely darkening the circle around one out of four given answer using Blue/Black ball
point pen only.
5. Change of answer is not permitted. Any change in answers by way of using the white/corrected fluid, rubbing, erasing, smudging will entail cancellation of
OMR sheet.
6. Qualifying the written examination is subject to fulfilment of eligibility criteria as per Prospectus/notification (Admission).
7. Appearing in the entrance examination does not guarantee admission. Admission will be done strickly as per merit following JMI admission rules.
8. The OMR sheet will not be replaced in any circumstances.
9. Candidates are advised to make sure about the location of their examination centre in advance so that they reach the examination centre on specified date at least 30
minutes before commencement of the examination. No candidate will be allowed to enter the Examination Hall after 15 minutes of the start of exam.
10. The candidate has to appear at the allotted centre only, failing which his/her candidature will stand cancelled.
11. No candidate will be permitted to leave the examination centre before the end of exam.
12. Before leaving the examination hall, the candidate must deposit his/her admit card and OMR response sheet. Failure to do so would result in cancellation of
candidate.
13. Use of mobile phones, BLUETOOTH or any other communication device or any other electronic gadgets like calculators etc , or any other material inside the
examination room is strictly prohibited.
14. Any candidate found using unfair means or violating any instructions or found involved in any undesirable activity will be de-barred from the examination.
15. The candidate must show photo ID card: Driving License, PAN Card, Aadhar etc. to the invigilator during examination for verification.
16. Impersonation, use of unfair means shall lead to cancellation of the candidate over & above other suitable action(s) against the candidate.
17. The candidate should bring their own stationary material.
