Terms & conditionS
Motorsport is risky & dangerous, may result to injury or death, in case of such unfortunate
accident. The Organization CRA-MOTORSPORTS (OPC) Pvt Ltd cannot be held liable for
damages and other consequences either in the civil or criminal law of the land. The
Organizer, Sponsors, Track or all person assisting the organizer are not in any way
responsible for any damage or injury or death caused to the participants who participate in
the training Program.
1. All participants should carry a Valid Identification Proof - ( Driving Licence & Aadhar Card).
2. Participants below 18yrs old, Parents or Guardian Should Accompany with them
compulsory.
3. 40% of Advance should be paid before 7days from the event date to confirm the slot.
4. 100% of Training Fee should be paid before the start of the Program.
5. Spot registrations are not encouraged.
6. In case of cancellation from the participant before 10days from the event date with proper
information via e- mail, can be acceptable to transfer the amount to the next program, No
cash refund is available.
7. In case of cancellation from the organizer due to bad weather or any serious issue: *If the
event is cancelled by the organizer before 7days from the event date 100% Refund will be
given. *If 20%-70% of the event is only completed–Transfer to the next event. *If 80% of the
event is Completed – No Refund or Transfer.

8. Proper Riding Gears Mandatory
* 1-Pcs Leather Racing Suit.
*Ankle Covered Riding or Racing Boots
*Knuckle Protected Leather Gloves
*Round Face Helmet with Double D-Ring Mandatory
*FIM Standards (SNELL, DOT, ECE are only approved).
*List of Helmet Brands Suggested under your own Risk,Organizer is not responsible for the
Quality, Impacts or Issue caused by the Helmets (AXOR,HJC, X-Lite, ARAI, SHOEI, AGV, SHARK,
KYT, NHK &etc). with FIM Standards (Snell Approved with D-Ring Only).
*Safety Gears will be inspected by the organizer and no refund in case of rejection
9. Bikes should be in good & safe condition to ride on the Track.

10. Payments can be done through online or at CRA-MOTORSPORTS(OPC)Pvt Ltd Office & can
get a confirmation slip.
11. Removal : Any Participant who does not adhere to the terms and conditions of the
organizer or indulges in any activity against the general interest of the organization may be
removed by the organizer at any time of the Event.
12. Certification for applying Racing licence will be issued only after scoring minimum of 95%
in the examination conducted by the organizer on the final day of the training Program &
also understanding the skills of the rider.
13. In case of rejection or less than 95% in the Exam, can re-appear for the test only once on
the Same Day.
14. Certificates will not be issued, for the riders scored less than 95% in the re-test on the
same day must under-go one more training program.
