based on the instructions given.

Task 1

⎯ Imagine you are looking for a summer job in a hotel. Write a personal profile about yourself to
post on a jobs website. Include the information below.

❍ Your full name and age.

❍ What you do in your free time.

❍ What housework you usually do at home.

❍ What your personality is like.

Personal Profile

Name: Marcos González

Age: 18

Hi! My name is Marcos González and I am 18 years old. I am looking for a summer job in a hotel to
meet new people and gain experience. In my free time, I like reading books, drawing, and going for
walks. At home, I usually help by sweeping the floor, cooking simple meals, and doing laundry. I
am organized, polite, and always ready to learn. I enjoy working with others and giving my best in
everything I do.

Task 2

⎯ Look at the pictures and write sentences that describe the pictures using present continuous

Two people are playing a game.

A man is playing the guitar.

Two people are talking.

One person is exercising


Task 3

⎯ Write a short paragraph about your family and show possessive pronouns (my, your, his, her, its,
our, their).

Example:

My name is Anna, and I have a small family. My father’s name is John. His job is a doctor. My
mother’s name is Laura. Her job is a teacher. I have one brother. His name is Tim. Our dog’s name
is Max. Max is very cute. It is my favorite animal. My parents love Max too, and they take care of
him every day. We all love each other very much!

Task 4

⎯ Write a short paragraph about your favorite food and drink. Make sure to describe if is fast food
or homemade food.

Task 5

⎯ Write about your daily routine. Use the following:
