THIS DEED OF ASSIGNMENT is made _____ day of

BETWEEN
MR. OMOTOSHO OLUWANISHOLA ABIODUN (Trading under
the name of CHRIST CHOICE PROPERTY VENTURES) of 2, Olusegun
Olugbemi Street, Ofada, Ogun State (Hereinafter called the
“ASSIGNOR” which expression shall where the context permits
include its heirs, assigns, successors-in-title, personal and legal
representatives, executors and administrators) of the one part;

AND
MR. ADESANYA DAMILARE of KM 36, Lagos/Ibadan
Expressway, Uncle T Bus-Stop, Ibafo, Ogun State, Nigeria
(hereinafter called the “ASSIGNEE” which expression shall
where the context so admit include its heirs, successors-in-title,
agent and assigns) of the second part.

WHEREAS:
1. The Assignor is the BENEFICIAL OWNER of the vast parcel
of land and landed property MEASURING 2 PLOTS OF LAND
SITUATE, LYING AND BEING AT EGAN IGBOWAJU VILLAGE,
SAGAMU LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA, OGUN STATE evidenced
with receipt number 00007; the land is particularly delineated
and described in Survey Plan No. OG/_____________ drawn by
______________ on the ___________.

2. The Assignor has long been in exclusive and undisturbed


possession of the vast area of land and landed property known
as MEASURING 2 PLOTS OF LAND SITUATE, LYING AND
BEING AT EGAN IGBOWAJU VILLAGE, SAGAMU LOCAL
GOVERNMENT AREA, OGUN STATE evidenced with receipt
number 00007; the land is particularly delineated and
described in Survey Plan No. OG/___________ drawn by
__________________on the ____________.
3. The land and landed property under this deed of assignment is
a customary land originally owned by Egan Igbowaju Family
who founded Egan Igbowaju Village; Igbowaju was the one
superintendent of the land under this Assignment before he
sold part of the land which forms part of the land under this
Assignment to Glamonds Nigeria Limited, the assignor’s
predecessor in title.

4. Glamonds Nigeria Limited purchased the land and landed


property from the Igbowaju family and took possession of the
said land evidenced with a deed of assignment dated
____________ , the land is particularly delineated and described
in Survey Plan No. OG/___________ drawn by ___________ on the
__________.

5. The Assignor intends to transfer, convey and sale of its interest


in parcel of land Area LAND MEASURING 2 PLOTS OF
SITUATE, LYING AND BEING AT EGAN IGBOWAJU VILLAGE,
SAGAMU LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA, OGUN STATE to the
Assignee and the Assignor has transfer its total interest in
parcel of land described in this Assignment to the Assignee.

6. The assignor desires to assign its interest in the land subject of


this deed of assignment free from any encumbrances to the
assignee on the consideration hereinafter stated and have
agreed to transfer the LAND MEASURING 2 PLOTS OF
SITUATE, LYING AND BEING AT EGAN IGBOWAJU VILLAGE,
SAGAMU LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA, OGUN STATE to the
assignee and the assignee has agreed to take and receive all
the residue of the interest whatsoever of the assignor.

NOW THIS ASSIGNMENT WITNESSETH as follows:


In Pursuant of the said agreement and in Consideration of sum of
₦600,000.00 (Six Thousand Naira Only) paid by the
ASSIGNEE to the ASSIGNOR before the executions of these
presents (the receipt whereof the ASSIGNEE hereby
acknowledges) the ASSIGNOR hereby assign and/or transfer unto
the ASSIGNEE all their right and interest in ALL THAT piece or
parcel of LAND AND LANDED PROPERTY MEASURING 2 PLOTS
OF SITUATE, LYING AND BEING AT EGAN IGBOWAJU VILLAGE,
SAGAMU LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA, OGUN STATE evidenced
with receipt number 00007; the land is particularly delineated
and described in Survey Plan No. ___________________ particularly
described in Survey Plan No. ________________drawn by
Surveyor _______________________and dated _____day of
________________20____ with all easement right and appurtenances
thereto TO HOLD the Estate or right of occupancy subject to the
provisions of the Land Use Act and free from all encumbrances.

IT IS FURTHER AGREED AS FOLLOWS:

ownership over the land hereby assigned without any
hindrance or interruption or disturbance from the ASSIGNOR
or any person claiming under through or in trust for them and
the Assignors hereby undertakes to do all in his power that is
legally necessary to obtain consents/permits require by law
to further perfect this transaction.

and expenses suffered or incurred by the ASSIGNEE in
protecting or defending his interest in the said land.

[Link] the ASSIGNOR hereby covenants that the portion of


Land now sold, conveyed and transferred to the ASSIGNEE is
free from all encumbrances, claims, rights or title of any
other person or persons.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties herein have here unto set their
hands and seal the day and year first above written.
