Rules and Regulations (Sisters Team)

1. All members must treat each other with respect. Disrespectful behavior will not be
tolerated.

2. All new decisions must be approved by the Admin Team before implementation.

3. Sharing of any post or course link is not allowed without prior approval from the
Admin Team.

4. The Sisters Management Team will also be included in the community decision-
making process when necessary.

5. Differences in opinion is sisters management team should be resolved through


voting within them.

6. Any team member may present an idea. All ideas will be considered thoughtfully,
and the final decision will be made by the Admin Team. Personal conflicts or
opinions should never be a reason for taking action against a member.

7. Remember You guys are working as community not as an individual, so no personal


preferences.

8. Team Member who is not fulfilling their responsibilities will be removed from the
management post.

9. All members are expected to follow these rules to ensure smooth functioning of the
community.

10. Any violations of these rules must be reported and will be taken seriously; repeated
or serious offenses may result in removal from the community.

11. Once again, remember: We have no individual status in this community. Everything
must be decided collectively, following these rules, and under the guidance of Allah
Subhana Wa Ta'ala.
