Subject: Request for Room Allotment in the New Building Instead of B Block.

Respected Sir/Madam,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to bring to your kind attention a concern
regarding the upcoming room shifts. As you are aware, we are currently residing in A Block,
but with the arrival of the new batch, we have been informed that we will be relocated to B
Block .However, after receiving feedback from students, it has come to our notice that the
rooms in B Block are extremely small for twin sharing. The limited space in these rooms has
led to issues of congestion, making it difficult for students to manage both their academic
and personal needs in a comfortable manner.

This situation may potentially impact our focus and [Link] light of this, we humbly
request that we be considered for room allocation in the new building that is currently
under construction, rather than being shifted to B Block. The improved facilities and space
in the new building would greatly enhance our living conditions and provide an environment
more conducive to studying and overall personal well-being. We understand that room
allocation is a complex process, and we sincerely appreciate your efforts in ensuring the
best possible arrangements for all students. We kindly urge you to consider this request
and explore the possibility of shifting us to the new building once it is ready.
