Domino’s Code of Conduct
As a team member, you’ve been chosen to represent our great brand as part of the Domino’s family.
When wearing the Domino’s uniform, you’re representing thousands of colleagues and a brand loved by
millions of loyal customers around the world.
We want you to be proud to wear the Domino’s shirt and we want to be proud to have you in our family.
This gives you a great deal of responsibility. You must uphold the very highest standards of professional
behaviour when dealing with colleagues, customers and the general public.
When representing Domino’s, without exception, you must:
1. Conduct yourself professionally. Consider how your actions and words might look on the front page of a
national newspaper.
2. Behave respectfully. Treat everyone with the same level of respect, regardless of gender, race, religion,
sexual orientation or any other difference.
3. Behave appropriately on social media. Do not engage in personal insults or behave inappropriately on
social media, particularly if you wish to identify yourself as a Domino’s team member.
4. Remain calm and polite. Don’t allow yourself to be provoked by others, regardless of how rude they are
or how angry you feel.
5. Respect customers’ privacy and property. Our customers trust Domino’s with their contact details, and
in turn, we trust you. Never abuse this trust by using customer’s data for your own purposes.
6. Make safety a priority. Always prioritise the safety and wellbeing of colleagues, customers and the
general public whether in-store or delivering pizza.
7. Only wear uniform at work. Your uniform must not be visible outside of working hours, particularly if
socialising or conducting personal errands such as shopping. Remember - you’re always on stage when
you’re wearing the Domino’s shirt.
8. Be a good neighbour. Remember the role Domino’s plays as a responsible, caring member of the local
community. You must always consider how your actions affect our neighbours.
9. Refer any press enquiries to the Domino’s Communications team. Should you be approached by the
press, do not engage in conversation. Instead, simply say: “I will pass your enquiry on to the relevant
person”, and inform the store manager immediately, who will in turn tell the Domino’s Communications
team.
We hope you understand why the above commitments are so important. Failure to comply may result in
disciplinary action and the potential termination of your employment. Please sign below to accept your
commitment to uphold these standards and protect our great brand.
