2. Express log2 16 + log2 32 as a single logarithm (5 Marks)


3. Solve the quadratic equation
x2 – 7x + 12 =0 (6 Marks)
4. Solve the following simultaneous equation
x+2y-z =5
2x-y+3z =8
3x+y+2z =13 (9 Marks)
5. Determine dy/dx give that y=x2sinx (5 Marks)
