Subject: RESIGNATION LETTER

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally resign from my position as a lorry driver at SAM Group Sdn.
Bhd., with effect from the date of this letter. My last working day will be on 31 Mei 2025.
This decision has not been easy and is made due to personal reasons that require my
full attention and commitment. I have made this difficult decision as I must devote my
full attention to my wife and child, who are currently unwell and undergoing medical
treatment. It is not my intention for personal matters to interfere with the efficient
administration of the company.
I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the management and all colleagues for
the guidance, trust, and valuable experience I have gained during my time with the
company.

I respectfully hope that the company will accept my short notice resignation and that no
further action will be taken against me in this regard. I hope that the resignation process
will go smoothly, and I am committed to providing full cooperation during the notice
period to ensure a proper handover.
