Respected Sir/Madam,

I am writing this application to respectfully request a fee concession for


my child, Mehak, who is a student of Class First(1) of section (A) in your
esteemed institution.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, my business has suffered a severe


downturn in the past few months, which has significantly affected our
financial condition. Despite my best efforts, I am currently struggling to
meet various household and educational expenses.

My child is a sincere and hardworking student, and I do not want this


temporary financial setback to affect their education. Therefore, I humbly
request you to kindly consider granting a concession in the school fees
