15–30 minutes/day (Adjust as needed)
Your Writing Space:
☐ Quiet corner
☐ Desk with music
☐ Notes app / Word doc
☐ Journal / Notebook
Make it cozy and distraction-free.
Weekly Writing Structure:
Monday – Free Writing / Journaling - Write about your thoughts, emotions, or what
happened during your day. No pressure — just let your words flow.
Tuesday – Personal Reflection - Write about a lesson you learned recently, something you're
grateful for, or a challenge you're facing.
Wednesday – Creative Writing Prompt - Describe a scene, moment, or person in detail. Try a
short poem, story, or a memory you’ve never written about.
Thursday – Reading Response or Quote Reflection - Pick a line or idea from a book you read.
Write your opinion, thoughts, or a memory it triggered.
Friday – Article Idea Brainstorming - Choose a topic you care about or something you’ve
read. Create a rough outline or bullet points for an article.
Saturday – Article Drafting - Start writing a full article or blog post. Don’t worry about
perfection — just get your ideas out.
Sunday – Review & Edit - Re-read what you wrote during the week. Choose 1 piece to
polish. Reflect on your progress and how you felt.
