Moving to the implementation. We suggest 6 phases.
First phase will be Initial Planning and
Requirements Gathering with Duration: 1–2 Months, aim to deliver: needed document, Project roadmap
with milestones, deadlines and Budget estimation.
Second phase will be: Design and Prototyping with a maxium Duration of 3 Months. Main activities are :
User Experience (UX) Design, User Interface (UI) Design and Feedback Loop. This phase will focus on
Approved wireframes, UI designs and Usability test report.
Third phase is development ranging from 4 to 6 months with main objective is Functional website,
Backend systems for ticketing and crowd updates and Multilingual support integrated.
Phase 4 is Testing and Quality Assurance with Duration: 1–2 Months, will mostly for testing and resolved
issues.
Phase 5 is launch and development, no longer than 1 month and last phase – phase 6 is Post-Launch
Monitoring and Maintenance
About Risk Management, focus entirely on
Technical Risks: Delays in development or integration; mitigate with regular progress reviews.
Cultural Risks: Content misalignment; mitigate by involving local consultants in design and testing.
Operational Risks: High traffic post-launch; prepare scalable infrastructure.
