Flawful Verdicts: An Indian Odyssey
A city once vibrant, now a barren shell,
Its soul shattered, a tale of woe to tell.
On Kolkata's streets, where shadows intertwine,
A plea for justice, lost in legal wine.
Time's relentless march, a cruel decree,
As victims' tears stain justice' tapestry.
The culprits, shadows lurking in the night,
Defy the law, a monstrous, haunting sight.
A nation waits, its patience frayed and thin,
For justice' sword to strike, to cleanse the sin.
But laws, like cobwebs, fragile and undone,
Can't shield the innocent from the cruel sun.
In courts of stone, where truth is lost in doubt,
The gavel falls, but justice walks without.
Echoes of the past, in shadows they dwell,
Every injustice, a haunting tale to tell.
As we search for answers in this desolate land,
The law's broken promise slips through our hands.
In the silence of the void where truth should be,
We mourn the loss of justice, lost in its debris.
