I am writing to respectfully request that the Department of Civil Engineering consider offering
CE4461 – Earthquake-Resistant Design of Concrete Structures Lab & CE4491 –
Earthquake-Resistant Design of Concrete Structures in the upcoming summer semester.

As a final-year BS Civil Engineering student currently in the 8th semester (Registration No.
BCE213051), I have completed all other coursework required for graduation. However, this
course remains pending and some others and is a remaining requirement delaying the
completion of my degree.

Offering CE4491 CE4461 during the summer semester would allow me to graduate on time and
pursue my future academic and professional plans without delay. I am highly motivated to
complete this course and would be sincerely grateful if the department could accommodate this
request.
