I am Swati Trivedi, admission number – 20, a student of PPN College, Kanpur
currently enrolled under the [Link] program 2024-2026. With due respect, I humbly
request your kind attention toward my sincere appeal regarding a refund of the fees
paid for the same. I had joined the course with great hope and enthusiasm.
Due to unforeseen personal circumstances and the non-availability of certain
essential expectations—most notably, the absence of an English medium instruction
which was a key factor in my decision to pursue the course—I have been compelled
to discontinue my studies. This decision has been made with great reluctance and
emotional difficulty.
I fully understand the policies and regulations of the institution, and I assure you that
this request is being made only out of genuine necessity. I respectfully request the
department to kindly consider my situation with compassion and allow for the refund
of my fees.
I have gone through the guidelines mentioned in the official document, a copy of
