Resolution
A company's super, cloud, or user administrator manages S-user IDs for their customer number(s) in the
SAP ONE Support Launchpad User Management application as follows. You can find a list of the
administrators for your customer number on the My Important Contacts page.
Create S-user IDs
1. Logon the User Management application: [Link]
2. On the Users, Requested Users, Deleted Users, or Important Contacts tabs, click Request User on
the lower right corner of the screen

3. Fill in the Request User screen and click Save
4. Click OK on the User was successfully requested screen. It may take up to 24 to process your request.
The new user will receive an e-mail with an activation link, which is valid for 10 days.
• Check the status of the new user on the Requested Users tab. Once the user is complete the Status
will display Successful and show the User ID.
• After the user is created, click on the user ID and add a phone number. You will also need to assign
authorizations in order for the person to use applications in the SAP ONE Support Launchpad (see
KBA 1511008).
Delete S-user IDs
To delete an individual S-user ID:
1. In the User Management application, go to the Users tab
2. Scroll down the list or use the filter feature to find the S-user ID to be deleted (if an error appears about
important functions see KBA 1500217)
3. Click the Delete icon in the Action column. (If this column is not shown, customize the table layout and
add it to the view.)
To delete multiple S-user IDs:
1. In the User Management application, go to the Users tab
2. Using the checkboxes, select all S-user IDs to be deleted
3. Click Delete in the footer toolbar (if an error appears about important functions see KBA 1500217)
4. Confirm by clicking OK (or Cancel to abort)

It may take up to 24 to process your request for deletion. Deleted S-user IDs are listed in the Deleted Users
section of the application for twelve months and cannot be reactivated (KBA 1811859).
