Activities take place in the FTHS Covered Court on February 14, 2025, with specific time slots: Grade 7 and Grade 8 engage in their booths during the 3rd period and break time, while Grades 9 and 10 have their activities during break time and the 5th period. This scheduling ensures all grades can participate without disrupting their academic responsibilities .

The organization of the Valentine's Day event involves a coordinated effort among various roles. The Supreme Secondary Learners’ Government is responsible for overall event coordination, ensuring alignment with school policies and financial transparency. The distribution strategy for earnings from event booths is based on averaging the total earnings and ensuring each club contributes a proportional amount to the SSLG. This involvement helps students develop essential leadership skills by requiring them to plan, execute, and manage tasks, communicate effectively with peers, and engage with participants, which in turn prepares them for future leadership roles .

The Valentine's Day event integrates the development of psychosocial skills by organizing interactive booths and activities that encourage students to engage in communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. These experiences are designed to be both educational and fun, fostering a supportive environment where students can express themselves creatively and cooperatively. Such engagements enhance interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and resilience among students, which are crucial aspects of their psychosocial development .

Financial transparency for the Valentine's Day event is ensured by the Supreme Secondary Learners’ Government issuing a financial report after the event. This measure is taken to ensure accountability in the handling of funds raised through the booths. Additionally, the earnings from booth activities are averaged and distributed fairly to the SSLG, with each participating club contributing from their earnings to support further projects and activities .

The key objectives of the Valentine's Day event include cultivating students’ creativity, collaboration, and leadership skills while promoting values such as unity, creativity, and inclusivity. These objectives support the educational mission of Florentino Torres High School by aligning with the goals stated in the Education Act of 1982 to strengthen national unity and develop desirable cultural, moral, and spiritual values. The event also aims to support student organizations financially, thereby enhancing extracurricular development .
