The organizing function is the second function or the second element in the (administrative process) after the planning function. After
completing the setting of goals, strategies and plans, management must carry out the correct activities to achieve those goals, and this leads
us to the organizing function - deciding how the goals will be achieved and implementing the strategies and plans that have been And put it,
the purpose of the organization is to create a structural framework that determines how to distribute the activities that were identified during

The unit included the definition of organization, its importance and benefits,
as it helps to reduce differences between individuals to the least possible
degree. Then the unit dealt with the indicators and symptoms of a sound and
incorrect organizational structure, and then moved to how to design the
organizational structure by clarifying its four elements, which are the division
of work, specialization/business design, grouping of jobs/business, and then
determining the scope of supervision by answering the question of what is the
number of subordinates who will report to the boss One, then addressing the
delegation of authority and the principles that govern the distribution of
powers in the organization, the characteristics and dimensions of the
