Intention

👉Direct Intention = There is a need/desire for the outcome.

= Being sure about the happenings of the desired outcome.

👉Indirect Intention = There is no desire for the outcome.

= We're not sure whether what will happen.

= Admitting the consequence.

 "This will probably happen but I don't care, I will escape, I don't care."

Negligent: Failure to take necessary care, not because he desires the outcome

👉 Advertent Negligent = lack of criminal foresight

= Disregarding/denying the result.

 "This is not going to happen, I can driving. I'm a good driver. It's not going to happen
anyway."
