Kanika is a focused and dignified girl who is a pleasure to teach. Her work is neat and orderly, and she dares to ask questions
when she is in doubt. However, Kanika needs to do more practice questions on the final accounts as she is not yet confident in

Kanika has made a good start to her Biology studies, and I am impressed with the level of interest and enthusiasm she shows

Kanika is a well-mannered and disciplined student who approaches Business Studies with enthusiasm. She is always attentive
in class and actively engages in discussions, demonstrating a deep understanding of key business concepts. Her participation
enhances the learning experience for both her and her classmates. She consistently submits well-researched assignments
and applies theoretical knowledge effectively. Kanika's ability to analyse business scenarios is improving, and she is
encouraged to continue developing her critical thinking skills. She is encouraged to keep up her excellent work.

Kanika has demonstrated diligence and a strong work ethic this term. She has struggled to achieve good skills in chemical
calculations, but excels in her practical work. I am confident that with the right amount of practice, she will improve her skills

Kanika demonstrates fair comprehension skills and average summary skills. She would benefit from practising summarising
techniques in support lessons next term. Her directed writing exercise was satisfactory, but she should review examples of
speeches to understand how stylistic devices are used to create engaging content. Her interview was good, but her spelling,
punctuation, and grammar detracted from its quality. Unfortunately, Kanika's descriptive writing lost marks due to the
prevalence of sentence fragments instead of accurate grammar. She is strongly encouraged to review the grammar rules
regarding subjects and predicates to improve in this area. (Mrs S Ansley)

Kanika is an eager participant in our class discussions and seems to be enjoying the texts we are studying. She works very
well with a partner, and I have been pleased with her test marks and written assignments. Kanika has no problem
understanding character motivation and the plot development. I am sure that she will continue in this vein next term.

Kanika is an attentive and diligent scholar. She thrives on excelling in the subject, and she is encouraged to maintain this
attitude. Kanika has worked hard to master the skills needed to answer Paper One questions, and this has paid off.

LIFE SKILLS 1
This term's focus was on developing various soft skills, understanding different learning styles, and making positive
contributions to our surrounding communities. Specific topics covered included communication and presentation skills,
personal values, study skills (including learning styles), and a practical exercise on creating a community service proposal.
Additionally, the students explored the significance of words, emphasising kindness and the impact of bullying. Kanika has a
bright personality and she contributes to class discussions enthusiastically. I enjoy her opinions and interest in the topics we
have covered, and I appreciate her willingness to step up and run the community project. (Ms S Whitcomb)

Kanika is a diligent student who always gives her best. She is not afraid to ask when she has a problem. I am very pleased

Kanika has had a productive term in Physics. Her enthusiasm in class and her diligent note-taking are excellent foundations for
continued success. To take her learning to the next level, Kanika should work through many practice questions. (Mr B Mloyi)
EFFORT GRADING: 1 = Excellent, 2 = Very Good, 3 = Good, 4 = Adequate, 5 = Unsatisfactory, 6 = Unacceptable
The effort grading for each subject is based on the Behaviour, Diligence and Engagement demonstrated by the pupil in the learning process.
Kanika consistently gives one hundred percent, which is all a coach can ask for.
She possesses excellent natural ability but would benefit from refining her decision-
making to understand when and where to apply specific skills, as well as improving

her situational awareness. As our unofficial vice captain, she has shown strong
leadership qualities, and I have every confidence that she will continue to develop
into an outstanding forward. (Mr H Kanjee)
Kanika demonstrates excellent sportsmanship and respectful behaviour both on
and off the court. She follows instructions well and is dedicated to improving her all-
around skills. She did well to be selected to play for the Zimbabwe Schools U16
TENNIS
Team in Pretoria, which exposed her to a higher level of tennis. Unfortunately,
Kanika lacks a bit of self-belief at times, and this can let her down. She has the
potential to play excellent tennis. (Mr E Muteerwa)
This term has been an active one for our First Aid Club members, having to balance
support lessons, clubs, and sport practices, with providing field-side first aid at
various contact sport fixtures, including indoor hockey and rugby sevens, as well as
inter-house athletics events. By week ten of the term, each pupil is expected to
have completed a minimum of five hours of service and participated in four duties
FIRST AID CLUB
across at least three different fixtures. The experience gained through this has been
invaluable in building confidence and developing practical first aid skills. In addition,
club meetings have focused on preparations for the upcoming inter-house first aid
competition, which is scheduled for next term. Kanika should be commended for her
enthusiasm, dedication, and commitment. (Sister K Kondonis)
Kanika has made an excellent start to her Form Three year. She is well-behaved
and has approached her work with a mature and diligent attitude. The one subject
that does require more careful effort is Chemistry, specifically the calculations.
FORM TEACHER'S COMMENT
Kanika has also excelled outside the classroom and made a positive contribution in
her co-curricular activities. She should be commended for doing so well all round.
