Introduction:
Goal formulation is an essential process in organizations, guaranteeing that objectives are clearly
defined, targeted, and attainable. A clearly defined objective follows the SMART criteria, which
consist of: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Time-bound. These characteristics
enable organizations to stay focused and evaluate their progress efficiently.

2.1 spiro spathis organizational goals


1 .Revitalize the Brand: Reinvent classic soda flavors by blending traditional and modern
tastes to appeal to a new generation of consumers while maintaining its legacy.
2. Expand Market Presence: Enhance distribution capabilities to meet the growing
demand in Egypt, producing over one million units weekly to ensure availability across all regions.
3. Diversify Product Range: Introduce new flavors, including cola and diet options, to
cater to diverse consumer preferences.
