to negotiate with bank to get into OTS (One-time Settlement) of Rs 16 Cr.

Goodwill, and Business) + negotiable. They are in the expansion mode, thus in
conversation with 2 hospitals in Bangalore to be taken on lease mode, against these
deals on they would be able to improve their capacity for a further addition of 80+
beds. Increasing their capacity to +150 bedded hospital plus an addition 60 beds
against a CCCD set up taken on Rental.
Hospital has infused technology/Human Resources reach its Customers and Increase
its footfalls and in discussion with partners from Cardiology and Medical Tourism to
commence to commence from Jan 2021.
