Overview of the problem ; At the end of three month of analysis of the cash withdrawal
fraud the account holder with the work of the Abyssinia bank managers the stolen
money returned to the account holder, they found the access of her mobile sim card.

Detailed analysis of the problem

Activation of mobile banking with wrong sim card which is not the owner ,no cross
check the signature when the mobile banking is opened to the user and no cross check
the profile photo and the person who try to get access mobile banking service.

Recommendation ;
design and create a software which controls the registration during activation of mobile
banking which is useful to crosscheck the previous profile photo and signature during
opening of account.
