BA COMPRESSOR OPERATING PROCEDURES

1. Close filling valve.


2. Close drain valve of water separator.
3. Start compressor by pressing switch.
4. Check direction of rotation.
5. Run compressor to max pressure and check final safety valve.
6. Firmly connect bottle to compressor. Filling valve and bottle valve
are still in closed condition
7. Slowly open filling valve.
8. Carefully open bottle valve.
9. Fill bottle to desired pressure i.e. 300 Bars.
10. After desired pressure is achieved first close the bottle valve.
11. Release pressure between tank and filling valve by rotating filling
valve handle.
12. Close filling valve.
13. Depressurize the system.
14. Disconnect tank from compressor.
15. Turn off the compressor.
