CIS ROOFING ASSEMBLY

Providing and applying a complete Integrated Insulated Roof Assembly
along with waterproofing & solar reflective cooling system by Panache
designed CIS Roofing system (Cool Insulated Sustainable Roof) on RCC
mother slab with guaranteed results, providing prolonged performance
of thermal insulation and heat-reflective properties for energy
efficiency and sustainability along with a complete waterproofing
solution achieving a roof assembly R-value up to 16 [Link].*F/BTU.
For fabric-reinforced waterproofing - On the pre-treated bare RCC
mother slab The Panache designed CIS roofing the Green PRO and
GRIHA certified system providing fabric-reinforced waterproofing on
the mother slab by reinforcing fabric using Panache make Hi Seal slurry
& applying 2 coats of flexible protective waterproof membrane using
with Panache make Hi Seal Slurry liquid and & Hi Seal Slurry powder,
resisting the expansion and contraction movement by the flexibility of
the system, further protecting the complete waterproofing by
protective thin plaster of 2 to 3 mm thickness using Panache make Hi Ce
pack, cement & sand and letting the system to be cured for 3 to 4 hrs.
For Vata installation - Preparing the Vata with a mixture of Cement Sand
and Panache make an integral waterproofing compound admix HI CE
Pack.
For Installation of Insulation Screed - After full drying of the Vata and
the waterproof coating, The insulation is provided by Panache make
Insulmix the insulated dry roof screed mix concrete having hollow grits
for insulation and insulated minerals and binders for making a
sustainably performing insulated screed by mixing water on site to form
screed of uniform thickness of minimum 25 mm thick with low density
& high compressive strength, reduced weight on roof and low thermal
mass on the roof structure with water protection property in the screed
itself. The screed provides excellent long-term stable insulating
performance at R 2 per inch. The use of insulation by all the concrete
family components gives all the layers in the roof assembly an

integrated compact structure, All components of the system are in
synergy with each other, and an Excellent Linear Heat expansion
coefficient reducing the structural movement due to a reduced rate of
expansion & contraction and reducing the rate of crack development in
the screed structure. Reducing the phase separation and difference in
the heat expansion coefficient of the insulating components makes the
insulated roof assembly sustainable which also Accommodates
structural movements. Providing the curing to the screed for 3 to 4 days
by wet rugs and bags and water sprinkling. After full curing, spreading
the substrate bonding priming slurry of cement and Panache make Hi
Seal Slurry increasing the bonding with concrete of PCC to be done for
slope management.

For Slope Management - AAC blocks in powder form are applied to

create a sloping surface. The thickness of the AAC block layer ranges
from 2 inches (50 mm) to 6 inches (150 mm), depending on the
specific requirements of the project. The powder is mixed with water
to achieve the desired consistency and then evenly spread over the
prepared surface to form the slope. A bonding agent is crucial in this
process, as it ensures proper adhesion of the AAC block mixture to the
substrate. This agent is typically applied to the substrate before the
AAC block mixture is spread, ensuring a strong and durable bond. The
mixture is then carefully levelled and smoothed to achieve the desired
slope and finish.

For Sustainable High SRI Coatings - After 7 days of full curing, applying
of the Panache designed Sustainable Premium Cool Tops of 5 coats
consisting of 2 coating of ceramic-based anchoring priming coat of
Panache make Coolguard, 2 coats of highly elastomeric reflective coat
of Panache make Cool Top emulsion and 1 coat of transparent UV stable
protective coat of Panache make Transeal for sustainable performance
and protecting the roof & structure from water, dust, dirt, algae &
fungus development with long performance of surface cooling.
(detailed specifications for CoolTops Premium can be referred to
separately)
The CIS roof treated Slab is prevented from temperature variation,
maintaining a Low temperature below the roof, prevents Cracks by
avoiding penetration of UV /IR Rays. The system is TIME-TESTED AND
ALREADY INSTALLED IN LEED-RATED GREEN BUILDING!
NOTE: The works should include Rates for material, labour & tools.
