Application form:

1. Financial highlights are found to be blank even if ITR and Balance sheet provided.

2. Mentioning Education Qualification is necessary in individual loan but sometimes the section
is found to be empty.

3. Sometimes preferred language is not ticked on application form.

4. Sometimes the gender of applicant, co-applicant and Guarantor is not ticked.

5. In our printed application form there is no option of Co-applicant, so if any loan agreement
has Co-applicant, in such case cut the Guarantor option in the application form manually and
mention their co-applicant and fill their details respectively.

6. It is important to mention co-applicant and guarantor’s income details in application form.


7. Insurance details are not mentioned on application form, that whether opted or not.

8. Details are filled with pencil on application form.

9. Date of application form should not be prior to the OSV date of KYC and CIBIL report
generated.

10. Sequence of dates should be:


a. Application form
b. KYC verification
c. Bureau run (CIBIL report generation)
 Or else these 3 can be of same dates also, but make sure that KYC and CIBIL
does not go prior to the date of application form.

11. Address mentioned in application form of applicant, co-applicant and Guarantor should match
with aadhar card.
12. If the signature of applicant, co-applicant and Guarantor is mismatch in application form from
PAN copy provided, than BSV or Bank mandate attachment which consist of their true
signature matching with application form should be attached.

13. Information on schedule pages are left blank in some cases, it is necessary to fill it up and if
some sections which are not applicable should be mentioned as N/A

Application continued:

1. Application form date is wrongly mentioned


2. EMI and tenure is wrongly mentioned in some cases

3. Documents and processing charges mentioned in application continued should match with
sanction letter details.

4. Co-applicant’s signature is not mentioned in some cases.

CAM (Credit Appraisal Memo) report

1. Approval mail should be attached in CAM report


2. It is important to mention ABB (Average Bank Balance) analysis in CAM report.

3. It is important to mention DSCR calculation in CAM report.


4. CIBIL information mentioned in credit analysis of CAM report is sometimes mismatched.

5. CIBIL report date mentioned in CAM is mismatched.

6. Branch manager signature is missing in some cases.

Bank Statement

1. Bank statement required should be of 6 months

CIBIL

1. Applicant, Co-applicant and Guarantor CIBIL is must


2. In case of proprietorship, private limited and partnership, firm’s CIBIL is also required.

GST CERTIFICATE:
1. GST no. mentioned in application but not exported in omni docs. Or Vice Versa.

ADDRESS PROOF:

1. Address should match with Aadhar

2. Business address should match with UDYAM or GST certificate.

3. Charges mentioned on schedule pages are left blank.


4. Signature of applicant along with co-applicant and guarantor should be present in agreement
5. SFL seal/stamp is required in agreement.

6. DPN is left all blank or sometimes place and dates are not mentioned.

7. Stamp papers are not exported.


8. Applicant, Co-applicant and Authorized signature with stamp is necessary

FATCA FORM:
All the details on FATCA form should be necessarily filled

Application continued:
1. Date mentioned on continued should be same as application form date.
2. Insurance details should be filled whether opted or not, if opted kindly fill details required)
(do not keep it unfilled)
3. DPI should be correctly mentioned
4. Signature of applicant, co-applicant and guarantor should be compulsorily present.
