How can I detect these scams?

Granddaughter -Oh grandma, I’m going to help you .I saw an ad from a business called ”
Bye,scams!” which helps grownups like you to learn how to use technology and ways of
knowing whether it’s a scam or not.

Abril->Has this ever happened to someone you know? Don’t worry, with our business we will
help them.

Claudia->Our business consists of teaching grownups from 70 years and onwards how to
detect these scams by taking our classes about how to use new technologies.

Ainhoa->It consists of an introductory course where our specialist will teach our customers
all about current technology:How to use it, how to buy things online…

Irene->We are also going to show them how to detect scams and what to do when these
[Link], by joining, you will have access to our app called Anti-scam which rings
when they detect a scam phone call.

Abril->Our specialists have amazing communication skills, as they need to be able to


communicate their ideas fluently so the customers understand the lessons.

Claudia->Some of our employees have great computer programming skills and creativity as

Ainhoa->Irene’s cousin, Ivan, is a programmer and helped us develop this app.
