Terms and Conditions
1. Online Students must have their research paper. No research paper
means failed on your research subject, no final grade.
2. Online students must come to school once or twice a month for the
improvement of your paper.
3. Solo researcher must come to school once or twice a week for the
improvement of your paper.
4. You will print your attendance sheet; without it you will not receive a final
grade on your research and no defense.
5. Removed member must also have your manuscript, you may group to the
other group unless they accept you, but this instances you would go solo
research if they do not accept you.
6. Every group, solo researcher, and online students must have your
specialist:
a. Grammarian
b. Technical Adviser
c. Statistician (Grade 12 only)
7. You must have your letter to your every specialist, no letter no checking of
your paper.
8. You must submit these papers before your defense, incomplete paper no
defense.
a. Attendance sheet
b. Permit to conduct a study
c. Parents waiver
9. No late! If you are late, you will not allow to enter to the conference room
and you will not receive a final grade
10. Wear formal attire.
11. Your paper must be submitted one week before your final defense. No
manuscript no defense.
12. Prepare power point presentation for your defense.
13. English should be the mode of delivery.
14. Prepare something like token or food for your specialist every time you
ask them to check your paper.
15. Checking of your paper must be per chapter only!
16. Follow the format given to you.
17. No sending soft copy of your research to your specialist unless they ask
you so.
18. No rushing checking on your paper; give them time at least 1 or 2 weeks
for them to check it.
19. You must finish your LMS before you defense. Print the proof that you
finish your LMS. Unfinished LMS no defense, no final grade.
20. Prepare your whole class mater list in table with 10 columns.
21. Print your scoresheet with names of leader and member, no scoresheet
no grades from your panelist.
22. No reading of your research, no paper on your hands while having your
defense. Explain, not reading!
23. No phone during defense.
24. Maximize the 2 hours’ time class of your research, at least do it in your
room or in your research time.
25. Do ask your other subject teachers for spare time for your research paper
preparations/ defense.
