PROJECT WORK

INTRODUCCIÓN:
Good afternoon teacher and classmater. My name is Dalia Villanueva Marchena, I am
leader of this group. In this opportunity we are going to presen tour Project Work, we
are 4 university students (Steven Rodriguez Mendoza, Natali Bustamante Ruiz and
Alejandro León Palacios) who will talk about their dayly routines.
D:Hi guys, good afternoon. How are you?
A: I’m fine
S: I’m well
N: I’m good , and you?
D: I’m fine, thanks . I tell you that today in my class we talk about the daily routines of
the students.
N: Ohhh , that’s interesting
D: Yes, That's right, well guys, what are your daily routines?
A: I always wake up at 8:00 am, get out of bed at 8:30 am, have breakfast at 9:00 am,
then do homework until shower at 11:00 am, have lunch at 12:00 pm , I leave my
house for the university which is an hour away, I arrive at the university at 1:00 p.m.
for my first class, my class ends and sometimes I go to the cafeteria that is on the
university terrace, in front of the bookstore , finishing at 3:30 I go up to the floor
where my other class is scheduled, at 6:30 pm my last class ends and I go out to take
the bus, I get home at 8, and I never eat anything heavy, and finally I go to my bed and
sleep at 11 pm.
D: Is it always the same routine?
N: No, because on weekends I have batucada rehearsals and on exam days I sleep
much later because I study.
D: Wow! That’s exciting. What about you Alejandro?
A: I wake up and get up at six in the morning, when the alarm clock rings. After I get
out of bed, I brush my teeth. I also take a bath, that helps me stay awake. Classes start
at eight in the morning and I get in the car at seven fifteen. I usually like to have
something easy for breakfast in the morning after class, like an apple with a lot of
water. At lunch time, usually around two in the afternoon, I don't like to eat too much
when I have to stay for another class. During the day I like to drink a lot of water,
always until eight at night when classes end. I return home by bus, I have tea and
bread for dinner and I always go to bed a quarter before one in the morning.
D: What do you study and why?
A: I study secondary education for history, because I like to read and know what
happened in our country and in the world in general.
D: Ahhh! That’s interesting . What about you Alejandro?
S: In the morning I always wake up at 7:00 am, then have breakfast and shower to go
to university. Starting at 8:00 am I am ready to take the taxi to go to the university. I
arrive at the university before 8.30 am so I can go to my classes. Sometimes I leave the
university in the afternoon from 3.35 pm to take a taxi back to my house for lunch.
Then from 5:25 I do my homework. At night after 7.15 pm I have dinner, at 8.30 I rest
playing or watching TV and finally at 10.45 pm I go to sleep.
D: Do you live near the university?
S: I get a car in Civic Park and to get to it I have to cross three blocks and turn left.
D: Guys, their routines are very different but interesting. Oh, I almost forgot this
Saturday is my birthday and they are invited.
A: Ohhh, that's good, I'll be there
S: Yes, that's good, I will also attend
N: Thank you, but where is the party?
D: It's in my house, I live in Santa
