NB:
Learners will write weekly/monthly test every Friday, and the report will be available the following
week, and parent/guardian will be informed of the progress of their child.
R V 2TMAS Extra Lessons undertakes to:
Provide lessons designed to best improve your child’s performance in the nominated subject(s) such
as Mathematics, Natural Sciences, and Physical Sciences grade 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12.
Parent/Guardian must:
Ensure that the learner bring school books (Exercise books) if there are specific areas that the learner
would like for me to focus on. Where possible let me know in advance if i need to deviate from the
planned lesson (specific problems or tests).
Ensure that the learner’s attendance is regular and punctual.
General information:
Lessons will be offered weekly from Monday to Thursday (two days, 4 hours per grade, per subject )
Lessons will strictly start 18h00 and end 20h00 at all times.
It is very difficult to make up lost time when learners arrive late for lessons
The person responsible for the fees agrees should communicate telephonically or come to the centre
whenever there are issues to discuss regarding his/her child.
It is the Parent/Guardian’s responsibility to inform me of any changes.
Settle all payments according to the terms mentioned.
R V 2TMAS Extra Lessons is not a registered credit provider and therefore no late payments will be
allowed, and will apply the rule “No payment, No Classes” so do the right thing.
General Terms and Conditions:
Lessons continue throughout School holidays.
There will be no lessons on Public Holidays and scheduled days as per the 2025-year Calendar.
Missed lessons will be forfeited. Make up lessons will only be allowed if a phone call has been
received and if the reason for absence is justifiable (No phone call, No make-up).
Fees are paid monthly or a term in advance.
Fees MUST be paid by the last day of the second week of the month (that is Thursday of every second
week Monthly).
This table simplified the last payment date of a particular month (e.g. the last payment date of
January is Thursday, the 16th, therefore payment can be done ON 0r BEFORE the 16th .

Payments start now in January and ends November, No payment is required for December, however Lessons
will still be continuing until the last day of the exam.
Fees 2025 are as follows:
R50 for Stationary and a chalkboard… Compulsory
R50 for transport ….. Optional
Total: R300, for any two subjects and R200 for only one subject, with transport
Total: R250, for any two subjects and R150 for only one subject, without transport.
Make payments now on/before the date “No payment, No Classes”.
Your child will get the form on the day he/she start with the classes.
Lessons will start Monday the 13th January 18h00 to 20h00, check the week table above
