Dear Admissions Committee,

I am Prof. Mais Suleymanov, Director of the Research and Innovation Center of Baku State
University (BSU). I am Dr Sc from Nuclear and High Energy Physics. I was a member of the
NICA/MPD JINR, AliCE LHC CERN and PANDA GSI Collaborations and my h-index is 56 (Web
of Science).
I am delighted to have this opportunity to recommend Ms. Naila Guliyeva for Master Study
Program in Physics at University of Hungary. I have known Naila for the past two years through
her work as a specialist of Scientific Affairs Department in my center.
I first got the chance to know her in my Nuclear Physics courses. She was one of the best
students in my classes. She always came to my classes prepared and was clearly far above her peers
in perceiving and appreciating the course materials. Naila was an enthusiastic, energetic student,
and has a down-to-earth nature. She passed my class with an A and was among the top 2-3 students
in all facets of the course.
During our working time together, Naila had represented excellent organizational skills. Her
dedication and performance have exceeded our expectations. She understands what it takes to
maintain a successful relationship with her co-workers, difficult working conditions and
multitasking very skillfully. Her duty in my center is surveillance of the works of Students’
Scientific Centers in faculties. As well as, organize International events, such as workshops,
conferences and seminars. She has organized a number of conferences and events under my
supervision, such as; 7th International Conference of Modern Trends of Physics, 1st International
Lotfi A. Zadeh Conference: Fuzzy Logic and Applications, International Conference of XXI
Century, New Challenge and Modern Development Tendencies of Law, International Conference of
the Great Azerbaijani Poet Nizami Ganjavi and Eastern-Western Literary – Cultural Heritage
Summer School of Modern Trends in Quantum Science and Technologies: From Quantum
Materials to Quantum Information and etc.
I am confident that Naila would be an outstanding fit for your program. Not only would she
