1rd Week When I heard about final year project in which we have to
make a project for final year. Our Co- Ordinator gave us two
option for group formation. First one was that you can form
a group of 1-3 student and second option was you can make
solo project. I decided option for final year project ,reason
behind doing solo project is that I can handle more pressure
compare to sharing project work with group members.
2rd Week When project group formed, I had to decide three titles of
project with abstract. So, I searched a project name,
discussed With Guide Prof .P. [Link] mam and then
decided project titles and created abstracts for that.

topics and ideas about the project, after discussion with

1rd Week Firstly, I got to know that I have to give a PPT presentation
about our project. There were some rules for PPT like it must
be in formal format and there must be 12 slides in PPT with
some contents like Introduction, S/W & H/W
Requirements,Application & Future scope, Front end &
Back-end part, steps and last is conclusion.
2rd Week I discussed about how I were going to make the PPT, what
points are going to include in ppt. Then I searched and
gathered information regarding our project. I wanted to
make my Project more effective.
3rd Week
Started to make PPT with the introduction part where I
introduced the basic concepts of my project. Then I included
the software and hardware requirements. After that I added
the applications and future scope of the project, I included
some diagrams as a reference so that it will be easier to
explain.
4rd Week Before giving final presentation, we went to our guide and
showed our ppt to them for accuracy. The Co – Ordinator
suggested us to include some technical points in the PPT so
we include that in our PPT and updated it. Then lastly, we
gave our final presentation.

1rd Week In December we had our first review, in which I had to
explain my whole project to the guide with the help of PPT
and Flow charts
2rd Week I made a rough diagram of the functionality which included
My project features and future scope, which made it very
easy to explain and to understand.
3rd Week On the review day, I explained our project to the guide and
the guide gave us some suggestion’s related to the future
scope, which helped me for getting a cleared vision.
4rd Week I implemented the suggestions our designated guide
suggested us, and because of that the overall idea and
presentation of the project became very better.

1rd Week After the first review I had to complete my project by 40 to
50 percent, so I started working on the project. At first, I
installed the required software i.e., XAMPP,VS CODE and
import some libraries.
2rd Week As the beginning of my project, I decided the overall
structure of the project, I made, and pseudocode for
functionality and features I took reference of other existing
Open-source Project, I took help from our faculty to decide
the functionality, at the end of the week we sorted out the
functionality which will be easy to use.
3rd Week I tested my project and at that time I had some issues
regarding Database connectivity so I watched some
tutorials online and asked our faculty for their help and
solved the problem.
4rd Week In the last week of January, I started creating the GUI, by
using my required software’s. there were some issues in the
designing part but I solved them while discussing I decided
to make the GUI simple and quick to [Link] like Html and

1rd Week I executed my final project and the test I tried to attempt
was successful, then our group concluded the research and
optimized the project.
2rd Week Then I analyzed the accuracy of the output and the methods
from which I tested it. Then I concluded the project as for
the second review in the first week of February.
3rd Week After the final execution and conclusion, I moved forward
for the preparation of my second internal review. In that
review I had to explain My project and the updated ideas if
I had any and how much of the project I completed till now.
4rd Week On the review day, I showed the execution and the final
output of the project and I made some minor changes in our
project, I had the final discussion on the project with our
guide, where we decided what changes, we should make.
We discussed the compilation of our project in all aspects.

1rd Week For my final internal review, every group had to create a
primary/draft copy of their project report & PPT as per the
predefined formats and present in front of their decided
guide.
2rd Week In the second week of march, I started making the report, in
which I included all the details regarding our project, its
analysis, the expected outcome and the final outcome.
3rd Week Every group had to get the approval of their project guide
for project report & PPT and the guide checked them, if the
report and PPT had some correction, the group will have to
correct them
4rd Week I made the report and the PPT then got it checked from my
guide, The guide told us to make some changes, after
making the changes the guide approved our project report
and the PPT.

1rd Week In April we had Our final internal presentation, where
every group had to demonstrate their project, and the
project should be completed in all aspect.
2rd Week In second week of April, I started to prepare my

then Guide checked it and told me to make some changes in
my final Year project.

1rd Week May is last month of our final year so I have to prepared for
MSBTE External Project Examination . In this week I
decided to maintain all record about my project so I started
working on it.
