I. INTRODUCTION

Statement of the Problem:

- Quality and Consistency Issues

Objectives of the Problem:

- Ensure Product Quality and Consistency. Develop standardized recipes and production
techniques that guarantee a uniform texture, taste, and appearance of puto pao.

Significance of Study:

- Provides techniques for enhancing puto pao production, cost control, and marketing,
making it a helpful reference for people or companies looking to begin or grow in the
food industry.

Methodology:

 The purpose of this study is to analyze the feasibility, consistency of production, and
consumer acceptability of puto pao as a commercial product under the "Tasty Snacks"
brand. To guarantee quality and consistency with market preferences, the methodology
employed in this study includes data collection, product testing, recipe standardization,
and customer feedback.

Research Design:

 The study uses a descriptive research design, focusing on identifying and addressing
issues related to product consistency, taste preference, and consumer satisfaction. It
combines both qualitative and quantitative methods to provide comprehensive insights
into business and product development.

 Survey Method: To collect information on consumer preferences,

frequency of purchases, taste importance, and probability to recommend, 40 participants
in a range of age groups (7–63 years old) were given structured questionnaires.
 Product Testing: To enhance the texture, flavor, and filling consistency, several batches
of puto pao were made and assessed both internally and outside.

Standardization Procedures:

 using measured materials, controlled steaming periods, and quality control inspections to
preserve uniformity in flavor and softness.

Data Analysis:

 To find consumer variations, survey data was reviewed using percentage analysis and
basic frequency distribution.

Definition of Terms:

Like siopao (steamed buns), puto pao is a Filipino treat that mixes the traditional steamed rice
cake (puto) with a savory filling, typically chicken, pork, or other ingredients. Its flavorful
contents and soft, fluffy texture define it.

II. MANAGEMENT ASPECTS

Vision:

 Puto pao aims to become a popular, innovative, and well-known Filipino treat that
combines traditional flavors with trendy consumer tastes.

 To honor the unique qualities of puto pao as a popular and flexible snack
or meal and to introduce the world to the unique culinary legacy of the Philippines.

Form of Business Structure

 Tasty Snacks is a Partnership, which means it is one of three business structures defined
by the Internal Revenue Service, in which two or more people share ownership and
responsibility for their business. Such structuring is made so that these groups can
collaborate, manage, teach each other their expertise areas, and pool their resources, so
that Puto Pao can be effectively produced, marketed, and distributed. The business can
utilize standardized production methods, product quality, and its partners' distribution and
marketing resources. Moreover, the partnership approach enables adaptability in
decision-making processes and risk-sharing, facilitating sustainable growth that caters to
evolving market trends and consumer demands. Tasty Snacks intends for this structure to
help create and solidify its brand and position itself for long-term success in the food
business.

- Our Puto Pao a steamed Filipino bun with a flavorful filling rice flour is used to make
the soft, slightly sweet dough for puto pao, a type of Filipino steamed bun. It can be
consumed as a snack or as a meal and is loaded with tasty meats like beef, chicken, or
pork. People of all ages love it, and it comes in a variety of tastes and fillings. Our very
own Puto-Pao compromise with “ patok sa masa “ flavor. Chicken Pastil, Tuna, but
Bloody Bite is our highlight because Dinuguan usually paired with Puto, it became
accustomed of us, especially Filipinos.

 Tasty Snacks adopts a bundle pricing strategy supported by a value-based approach,
offering high-quality and innovative Puto Pao in bundles of 3, 6, and 12 pieces per box.
This strategy not only increases perceived value but also simplifies transactions and
encourages bulk purchases.

Distribution
 Tasty Snacks follows an on-site pickup and event-based distribution model. Customers
can place their orders online but must pick up at scheduled times or locations such as
home-based kitchens or food stalls. The business also joins weekend bazaars, community
fairs, and pop-up events to reach more customers. There are no delivery services
provided.

Promotional Strategies
 Tasty Snacks operates through direct, point-of-sale distribution. Customers can purchase
