Subject :- Transfer Application

1. Please refer to HQ letter number AN/11/2407/SPG dt. 17/05/2024 to which I have


been intimated about my posting to PAO(ORS)GRCC, Lansdowne under CDA Army
Meerut after completion of my tenure of deputation to SPG.
2. Madam/Sir, it is humbly submitted that I, in my earlier application dated 28 March
2024, In response to Headquarter Office letter number AN/II/2407/SPG dt.
19/03/2024 asking for choice of station, have requested that since my wife is Delhi
State Government employee and serving as teacher in Sarvodaya Kanya Vidyalaya, I
may kindly be retained in Delhi. The application was forwarded by SPG vide number
09/11/11/0/2017(01)/Estt-17636/2258 dt. 03/04/2024.
3. Madam/Sir, I earnestly put forth that my wife is working as a teacher in Delhi
government school under the Directorate of Education. She cannot move with me on
my transfer to any other station outside Delhi.
4. It is also said that my son is studying in the second year of college under DU. At this
young age of student life, which will shape his future, he requires my constant
supervision. In addition, I am looking for a suitable match for my marriageable
daughter. I, along with my wife, have to meet other families which can be managed
effectively only if I am posted in my hometown, Delhi.
5. I, therefore, with due respect, I request you kindly consider my case for posting in Delhi
station itself so that I can manage my compelling family affairs in a desirable manner.
May I further place my humble submission to consider my request for posting in Delhi
in the light of GOI, Min of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, DOPT OM
number F. No 28034/9/2009-Estt(A) Dt. 30/9/2009.
