Consider a work topic that you have a strong point of view around.
First - write out your viewpoint or perspective, and why it’s important to
you.
Second - write out the viewpoint someone would have who has the
opposite perspective, and how understanding their perspective can
help build empathy.
We don’t have to agree with someone who has an opposite viewpoint,
but we can understand where they are coming from.
