Group Project
• Groups can pick their own topic. I will also provide a list of probable /
suggested topics.

• Two submissions – a detailed progress report by Session 10 and final


report at the end of the course. May be asked to present if needed.

• Choice of broad approach / functional approach


Group Case Presentation / Analysis
• Each student is expected to read and analyze the case(s) assigned for
the class

• Case analysis involves assuming the position of the case protagonist


and solving the techno-business challenge

• Students are expected to prepare case analysis in groups

• Every session → a pre-decided group will first present the case facts
comprehensively → followed by Q&A by instructor / other groups

• This will be followed by analysis by entire class together, and the


pre-decided group is expected to play a critical role

• Electronic business – Conducting all kinds of business online, such as

e-learning, and conducting electronic transactions within
organizations
Defining a Digital Business

• Digital Business is the initiation as well as the partial or full support,


transaction, and maintenance of service exchange processes
between economic partners through information technology
(electronic networks)

• Here, service exchange processes are those in which tangible and


intangible goods and services are transferred in exchange for
compensatory consideration
