First, if the leaker is in game I would kick them from my game and then block them
from my VIP server. So they can never join again.
Then i would search up his username on Roblox and click on his profile.
Then i would copy his profile link and put it on #leaker-block channel in discord.
So that other staff members can be alert that the member is a leaker.

Firstly, We have to find their username on discord and get their discord ID.

Then We go to the #staff-commands channel and click on the pinned messages.
The format is available on the pinned messages.

You dont need to type it out. You can find the format in pinned comments of staff

You just need to fill in user ID, Reason and Evidence.

First I would turn on my lights to 3 and siren to wail. Then i would ask them to
pull over to the shoulder (right side of the road).
Then i would greet them telling them im Aayushdangerakash with the staff team.
And i caught them going above FRP speeds
I would also show them the evidence if they disagree that they did FRP.
I would inform that they were going to get kicked and they shouldn't join back and
he/she will receive an infraction/warning.
And i would kick them from the game and warn/infract them.
And at the next re-invites i would ping them and tell them that they may not join
back.

After posting the release link, I will wait until player count reaches 25.
Then i will regenerate the link and post a message in the channel ( Example

I may release the re-invites link only when there is 4+ reactions and there are 21
players in game.
Then after the server is full, i will repeat the same format again.

In support tickets, we are supposed to act calm and supportive.
We should respond to a ticket as soon as we can, to make it a pleasant experience
for the civilians. We should also stick to the topic and not go off topic
discussing irrelevant topics.
We should ask the necessary details regarding their distress.
For Example: There is a person that frp'd in one of our servers making racial
actions
Me: Hi how are you doing today, i may help you with your ticket!
They: Hi, there was a person being racist towards my community in a session.
Me: Do you have any evidence I can see.
They: [ GIVES EVIDENCE ]
After this i would go on with the necessary steps in order to serve justice.

If someone tries to argue with me and doesnt stop after being asked to i would tell
them its a verbal warning, and if a second offence occurs i will warn you for not
listening.
If they still cause trouble to me and other citizens by running them off the road
etc. then i would kick them from my session and warn them for trouble and FRP.

At the checkpoint we are supposed to make sure that there are no leakers in the
server.
I will first ask everyone to park up in their designated areas and wait for further
instructions.
We should block the exit of the dealership and then ask LEO and EA may come down.
After they come down i will ask them to ping me in #checkpoint-1
After the ping me i will let them go one by one into the road. After everyone
pinged me and checkpoint is complete, i will drive around for a while, then make
sure the people joining in reinvites also are in the server.

First if someone sends something in the channel that is racist or with NSFW.
I will immediately mute them, take a screenshot for evidence and purge the messages
that they had racism in or NSFW in. Depending on the severity i would most likely
kick them for NSFW but keep them on a 2 day mute for racism. If it repeats then it
would be a ban.
I dont go hand in hand with racism or NSFW, I am really strict when it comes to
racism and NSFW.
