3. Objective of the Project
 List the project intended to achieve.
 Clearly define the goals or aims of the project.
4. Scope of the Project
 Define the boundaries of your project (what it will and will not cover).
 Describe the expected outcomes and real-world applications.
5. Problem Statement
 Present the specific problem your project aims to solve.
 Make it clear, focused, and to the point.
6. Proposed Solution
 Give an overview of your approach or methodology.
 Explain how your solution is better or different than existing ones.
7. Tools & Technologies to be Used
 List the programming languages, frameworks, databases, IDEs, hardware, or any other tools
you’ll use.
8. System Architecture / Design
 Describe the high-level system architecture.
 Optionally include a simple block diagram or flowchart.
9. Methodology / Working Process
 Outline the step-by-step plan you will follow to build the project.
