PART 1: PLANNING & ORGANIZATION

Estimated time: 2-3 hours

#1 Fill Out The Questionnaire (You Or Client)

Time: 30-45 minutes

● What is your book idea/topic? Describe it in one sentence. (Ex. How to create and publish a book in 1
hour without writing.)
● Who is the target reader/customer for your book? What type of people do you want your book to
attract? Describe them in one sentence. (Ex. 9-5ers who want to make an extra income from home.)
● What do you want your book reader to do after reading your book? (Ex. Buy a course, book a call
about a service, DM about a program, etc)
● What is the #1 problem your book solves for your audience? Describe it in one sentence. (Ex. Makes
them more money.)
● What is your target reader doing now to try and solve their problem? What frustrates them about it and
why haven't they solved their problem yet? (Ex. Writing a book the traditional way takes years. It
frustrates me to have to sit down and write it page by page.)
● What is the #1 specific desirable outcome your book helps your audience achieve? How does it help
them achieve their goal without frustration? Describe it one sentence. (Ex. Make an extra $5000 per
month publishing books for people, without writing the book yourself or using garbage A.I. content.)
● What makes the process in your book newer/different/faster/easier/better than the other options out
there? Think about what your audience is doing now to solve their problem and how you can make
yours different from that. (Ex. My book creation process can be done in a few hours and doesn't
require writing skills.)
● What are the 3-7 steps in your process that you want to cover in your book that helps your reader get
their desired outcome? This will help to form the outline and chapters of your book. (Ex. Chapter 1 -
Book foundations (big idea, angle, title. Chapter 2 - Book creation (interview, edit, design, publish).
Etc)
● What are the common objections or concerns your audience might have about implementing your
process? (Ex. "I'm not a writer", "Won't this be expensive?", "I don't want to use A.I. because it
sounds fake", "I don't have any tech skills")
● For each chapter, please list out in bullet form the what (what the chapter is about), why (why is it
important), how (how to implement the step), proof/demo/example (to show it works)
● What personal story can you share related to the process in the book? Think of this like your
discovery/origin story, how you came across this method, and how it's impacted your life. Add details,
insights, and experiences that shaped who you are today. This will help your readers connect with
you. (Ex. I found this book creation method by accident after creating 8 books since 2020. It's helped
me go from in debt 9-5 as a project manager, to building a multimillion dollar business.)
● What are your top 3 case studies of people you've helped with this process? Describe the before,
after, and timeframe. (Ex. Sean went from no email list to 1017 subscribers in just one month.)

Common questions

Powered by AI

The book creation process addresses potential objections by anticipating common concerns and providing clear, evidence-based responses. It lists potential objections, such as fears around AI content sounding fake or concerns about not having technical skills, and systematically offers counterarguments. For each chapter, objections are anticipated with proof or examples that demonstrate effectiveness. This approach is crucial as it preemptively reassures readers, increasing trust and credibility. By addressing these obstacles upfront, the guide ensures that readers can focus on the content's potential benefits without lingering doubt .

The guide recommends using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude for several tasks during book creation. These include organizing and summarizing content, matching the client's tone, and expanding on key points if the content is too sparse. For example, AI can be used to create a book outline by organizing a completed questionnaire into sections . AI is also suggested for transcription, flow improvement, and generating examples. The guide emphasizes using AI for tasks like maintaining a conversational flow, generating action steps, and ensuring voice consistency .

The guide recommends various tools for organizing content during book creation. Google Docs is used for writing the manuscript, while Google Sheets is employed for organizing content through a content audit spreadsheet. This spreadsheet includes content type, title/topic, URL/location, and key points covered, mapped to chapters . AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude help structure and refine content, while Canva or Fiverr assist in creating design elements like book covers. Rev.ai or YouTube's transcription services are utilized for converting audio or video content into text, aiding in content preparation and organization .

The guide proposes using AI tools like ChatGPT to match and maintain the client's tone consistently throughout the manuscript. It recommends instructing the AI to keep content conversational and straightforward, using the client's voice explicitly as a guide. The guide also suggests reviewing each part for consistency and using feedback to make necessary adjustments. The final quality check ensures that the voice remains consistent throughout the document, addressing any parts that do not match the overall style .

To handle potential content overload, the guide suggests focusing on the core message by setting aside extraneous content for future books. It recommends using AI prompts to expand on key points if content is insufficient, while strictly following the chapter template to avoid disorganization. If the content is disorganized, the chapter template should be adhered to rigidly to maintain structure. The guide also emphasizes breaking content into smaller chunks to manage complexity and make AI tools more effective .

The guide suggests setting clear timelines and expectations upfront to ensure effective client communication. It emphasizes the importance of regular progress updates and seeking feedback early to keep the client in the loop. To handle slow responses, clients should be given clear deadlines. Revision rounds should be limited in the agreement to prevent excessive feedback loops. Unclear feedback can be managed by providing specific questions to guide the client's review process .

The document suggests crafting an engaging introduction through a structured, three-paragraph approach: first, stating a bold promise about what the book delivers and the surprising timeframe; second, listing three assumptions people might have that are unnecessary with the new system; third, specifying the types of people who would benefit from the book . This approach aims to immediately capture the reader's attention and align the book's benefits with their needs, encouraging them to continue reading. Establishing this engagement is crucial for making readers feel the content is tailored for them and prompting further interest .

The conclusion enhances reader comprehension and motivation by summarizing the system's promises and potential real-world outcomes. It provides a clear example scenario showcasing realistic results and incorporates a second revenue stream or results multiplier for added incentive. Furthermore, it includes proof of concept from personal experiences with specific numbers and timeframes, offering tangible insights into what is achievable. This structured presentation reinforces the book's core message and motivates readers by vividly illustrating benefits, thus encouraging them to act on the information presented .

The guide advises breaking down book concepts into clear, numbered action steps that a beginner can follow. This involves turning abstract concepts into practical exercises that are specific and achievable. AI is utilized to help formulate these steps by ensuring they are practical and measurable. The guide underscores the importance of ensuring that each step feels attainable to the target reader and that the steps are aligned with the overall content and objectives of the book .

The quality check process involves several crucial elements: ensuring natural content flow, consistent voice across the manuscript, clear and relevant examples, practical and achievable action steps, no duplicate content, all technical terms explained, relevant and clear examples, action steps reviewed for clarity, all graphics and images properly referenced and integrated, and all call-to-actions (CTAs) being clear and compelling. The guide recommends making sure that all sources are credited and links/references are up to date .
