Dear Ms. Jean Aristonet Leyson,

I hope you're doing well. I’m sorry for being absent today. I’ve had frequent
asthma attacks, even while following the doctor’s advice. These flare-ups made it hard
for me to attend school today.

I know being present and responsible is important. I’m working on managing my

condition better and will do my best to catch up on missed work.

I hope for your kind consideration. Thank you

Sincerely,
Eloija Ashley C. Cinco
